Open for Business - Neale Lewis Associates
The coronavirus pandemic has caused huge disruption to the economy, impacting businesses of all sizes across every sector.
Despite the seven Connect Derby buildings being closed for 10 weeks, our enterprising tenants have stayed open for business, finding different ways of working and promoting their goods and services. Here's a snapshot of some of the great work they’ve been doing.
What products and services do you offer?
Strategic planning, sales training, leadership training, helping companies pivot through the Coronavirus challenge, helping companies get fit and in the best shape to capitalise on future growth opportunities.
How are you doing things differently during lockdown?
All our coaching and training interventions are being delivered through Zoom. We are helping companies through a blend of online learning and online coaching.
We have been focused on helping companies firstly survive and then helping them to revisit their strategies and if necessary, pivot into growth/profit areas.
We have also been running a series of Podcasts with Benjamin Brain helping companies Adversity to Prosperity
What have you learned about yourself?
We’ve learned that the new way of working is allowing us to deliver more in less time. Productivity has increased. It’s great to be able to work at home and not have to commute all over the country.
What Positives have come from working differently?
We have pivoted into some new hybrid learning opportunities, which allow us to take our value proposition out to a global audience.
We have agreed to launch the Scaling Up Masters program (SMP) into 20 cities around the world over the next 12 - 15 months. We have successfully been running this programme in London over the past two years.
If anyone has ambitious growth ambitions, we have a complimentary assessment to determine their growth capabilities.
