Launched in spring 2007 in response to the rapid growth of the creative sector in Derby and the surrounding areas, it is now home to some of city’s most exciting creative businesses.
The Studios comprise 41 offices, ranging from 275sqft to 1,190sqft offering stylish, modern office facilities designed specifically for businesses in the arts, design, media and other creative industries.
Following an initial investment of £2.7m back in 2007, it has been the subject of an £800,000 refurbishment to include upgraded office accommodation, as well as new kitchens and showers.
